Smile Designs Membership Plan

We have partnered with Kleer to create an in-house membership plan.  This plan is for patients that do not have dental insurance, or for those that wish to supplement their existing plan. The MYSDLI Membership plan offers affordable, comprehensive dental care that is a budget-friendly alternative to paying for your dental services out-of-pocket.  You will be able to choose from a number of different plans based on your individual and family needs (i.e., child, adult, perio).  These plans are simple to understand, reliable, and include preventative care such as cleanings, exams, x-rays, and discounts on additional procedures.
